Tungamah RV Park is a free campground on 10 Bailey Street, Tungamah, Victoria. It offers wheelchair-friendly toilets, hot showers, drinking water, water fountains, picnic tables, rubbish bins, trails, fire pits, a BBQ area, a playground, mobile and TV reception, and pull-through bays. It is dog-friendly, but pets are not allowed during organized events and activities. While here, you can go fishing, walk the trails, or enjoy an evening bike ride. 

Tungamah RV Park is accessible to motorbikes, RVs, camper trailers, caravans, and big rigs. Camping in tents is allowed, and you can bring your generator. It is close to the Hotel, where you can enjoy delicious meals, and the General Store. You can stay here for up to seven days, and you can use the donation box near the amenities block to support the locals. 

While staying here, do not fly model aircraft or drones. Do not collect firewood within the precincts of the campground, leave fires unattended, or light a fire during the total fire ban season. You are also required to leave no trace and ensure you take your own rubbish with you.

The Willows Camping Reserve is a bush camping spot along the Murray River banks. If you love water activities, you will enjoy swimming, boating, kayaking, and reeling in a few Murray cod here. You can also walk the trails or enjoy reenergizing bike rides. It is a dog-friendly campground where you can stay for up to seven days. 

Facilities include toilets, water, picnic tables, a BBQ area, Telstra and TV reception, and a boat ramp. The campground has no garbage collection facilities; you must take all your rubbish with you and leave no trace. Camping in tents is allowed, and the campground is accessible by campervans, camper trailers, caravans, and big rigs.

Yarrawonga River Camp 

Yarrawonga River Camp is a bush camp along the Murray River in the Yarrawonga Regional Park. The river bends and sandy beaches provide an ideal ground overlooking the golf course where campers and day visitors can set up base. It is conveniently located a short seven-minute drive from Yarrawonga. While here, you can enjoy a refreshing dive into the river to cool off or try out your fishing skills. 

Yarrawonga River Camp provides several sites along the river. It is a pet-friendly site that offers non-drinking water, drop toilets, fire pits, walking trails, mobile and TV reception, and a boat ramp. It is accessible by motorbikes, campervans, camper trailers, and caravans, and camping in tents is allowed. Pets are permitted but must be kept on leads. Litter can be disposed of at the Moira Shire Transfer Station on Channel Road in Yarrawonga. 

While fuel stoves are recommended for cooking, you can start open fires, but you will need to bring your own firewood. All fires must be attended to at all times and extinguished with water when not required. Total Fire Bans are common during summer and autumn, so no open fires are permitted.

Forges Beaches No. 1 is a bush camping spot in Yarrawonga Regional Park on the banks of the Murray River. It is a wheelchair-friendly campground that offers toilets, tables, walking trails, off-road 4WD trails, a playground, open fire pits, mobile and TV reception, Wi-Fi, and a boat ramp. 

While here, you can go for walks, boating, swimming or fishing in the river. It is a pet-friendly campground that allows generators and camping in tents. It is accessible by campervans, camper trailers, caravans, and big rigs. 

Be aware that thieves have been reported in the area, so lock up all your valuables to protect them from being stolen. You are also advised to avoid resting, picnics, or camping under or close to trees as they may drop heavy branches at any time without warning. Fires must be attended to at all times and extinguished when not in use. Do not start open fires when there is an active total fire ban.

Police Paddocks near Rutherglen is a campground on Robbs Lane, Gooramadda, Victoria. The Police Paddocks is a naturally formed island that was used to rest police horses in the late 1800s and can be accessed via a private bridge, the remnants of which can still be viewed. 

Police Paddocks near Rutherglen is a large campground that is easily accessed all year by 2WD and 4WD vehicles. It is situated within Gooramadda State Forest and is located north of Rutherglen with access off Up River Road.

There are no facilities, and you have to be self-sufficient if you plan to stay here. There is non-drinking water from the river, fire pits, as well as mobile and TV reception. While here, you can enjoy fishing and swimming in the river. Camping in tents is permitted, and the campground is accessible by campervans, camper trailers, caravans, and big rigs. The road to the camping site can be slippery in wet weather. Ensure you take all your rubbish with you and leave no trace.
